Its Official, The SEC Approves Final Title III Crowdfunding Rules!!!

This just in, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) just approved to adopt final Title III crowdfunding rules by a vote of 3 to 1 (with Commissioner Piowar voting against). The SEC also voted 3 to 1 (again with Commissioner Piowar voting against) in favor of proposing amendments to the current Rule 147 and Rule 504 to help foster Intrastate Crowdfunding……A truly historic day for Crowdfunding!!!!

Anthony Zeoli is an experienced transactional attorney with a national practice. Specializing in the areas of securities, commercial finance, real estate and general corporate law, his clients range from individuals and small privately held businesses to multi-million dollar entities.
