I am confused as I think the new Federal SEC rules have come out since this was updated. Is that correct?

I am not sure what you mean by the “Federal SEC rules.” If you are referring to the new Regulation A rules which were recently released they do not affect the intrastate exemptions. For more information on the new Regulation A rules please see “ENTER THE MINI-IPO – SEC Approves Final Rules for Title IV of the JOBS Act (Regulation A+)”
